BRAZIL- BEEKEEPING DEMO UNIT IN PARAIBA

Thirty seven families in Paraiba backwoods settlements began the activities of a beekeeping Demo Unit (DU) . The unit, built in the settlement Frei Damiao I in Cajazeiras, the 461 km of João Pessoa, will process about 30 tons of honey a year.

The Beekeeping Health Protection Association (APIADS) has lamented the decline "important" of beekeeping in the region of Camp de Morvedre and portend, not to change things, his early demise.
