Friday, 27 August 2010 16:53 Written by Analia Manriquez

The engineer, Emilio Velez Risco, technical manager of Peru Agroinsects, working in Olmos and San Lorenzo to help farmers increase production, improve the process of pollination with the help of the hornet or bumblebee known in science as Xilocopa sp . The bumblebee, explained the expert, to pollinate the flower helps the flowers do not fall and therefore increases the number of fruits per hectare, which has more weight per fruit and better quality.
