Europe and North America countries  have reported the disappearance of them with worrying numbers. "There are also losses in Brazil, mainly in the South, but also in cities of São Paulo. Before, it was very rare, is now more common," says American researcher David de Jong, professor of Medicine, University of São Paulo (USP) Ribeirão Preto.

    Como eles avaliam o desaparecimento com africans? Africana abandona as colméias por caso de 1001 motivo. É dificil de saber fui simplesmente o habito natural dessa praga, ou o CCD.
    Mas vai ser uma boa nova disculpa dos africanistas, agora não é mais abandono, mas é CCD :-)
    Antigmente era a culpada a formiga que invasou a colméia. Invasou mesmo, mas depois do abandono da africana.

    O fenômeno: desaparecimento das abelhas que tanto tem gerado preocupação na apicultura dos continentes me faz refletir o que de fato denominamos DESAPARECIMENTO.
    1. Que situação podemos chamar desaparecimento? Seria o abandono da colmeia pela familia ? Aqui no Nordeste existe o fenomeno do abandono dos enxames na estação seca cujas caraterísticas são altas temperaturas no ointerior da colmeia concomitante à escassez de alimento. O indice de abandono atinge indices altos em torno de 40 a 60%. ao denominei APICULTURA SANFONADA, cresce na estação chuvosa e reduz na estação seca. Posso diagnosticar e fato como desaparecimento das abelhas?
