SPAIN - FINDINGS OF COAG XVII STATE CONFERENCE COAG - BEEKEEPING SECTOR

Wednesday, 09 November 2011 11:04 Written by Horacio Mezziga

COAG report the illegal market disruption within the EU who are currently leading German operators by requiring Spanish beekeeping cooperatives in the purchase of the absence of GMOs pollen in honey  verified by analysis not approved and official certificates of the administration of honeys that have been produced in remote areas of GM crops, although there is still no legislation on this regulation in the EU. Spanish Honey is undergoing a campaign of harassment and suspicion that the Spanish authorities have to report to Brussels and require standardization. See the attached file the declaration in English and Spanish.
